Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a digital marketing campaign, web development project, or content creation service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to services such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, website design and development, and content writing.

1.2 Cancellations and Refunds for Ongoing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services (e.g., monthly SEO, social media management, or content creation), clients may cancel their service at any time by providing written notice to Zariya Innovations. If cancellation occurs, the client will be billed for services rendered up to the cancellation date. Refunds for any prepaid but unused services will be issued on a prorated basis.

1.3 Deposits and Milestone Payments

For web development projects and large content creation projects, deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable. These payments are used to secure project resources and begin work. If a project is canceled after a deposit or milestone payment has been made, no refund will be issued for the deposit or milestone payment already paid.

1.4 Initial Consultations and Assessments

Fees for initial consultations and assessments are non-refundable. These services include but are not limited to, marketing audits, strategy sessions, and initial project consultations.

3. Exclusions

3.1 Third-Party Services and Products

Zariya Innovations is not responsible for third-party services or products used in conjunction with our digital marketing, web development, and content creation services. Refunds for third-party services or products are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

3.2 Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond the control of Zariya Innovations, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

4. Amendments

Zariya Innovations reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

5. Delivery Policy for Zariya Innovations

Please remember that Zariya Innovations promises to deliver projects only if the following rules are followed:

5.1 A project is only accepted if the agreed payments are clear.

5.2 We do not offer refunds if we don't get the needed information to finish the project on time. If the project is delayed or not completed because the client didn't communicate well, Zariya Innovations not to be held responsible.

5.3 If the client gives incomplete information or doesn't provide all the details needed for the project from the beginning, Zariya Innovations doesn't have to keep its promise to deliver the project or refund commitments.

5.4 We have no provision to compensate for late delivery unless there is a signed agreement that says we will pay a penalty for delivering late.
